Settlement-finality methodology, version 1.2.

The method, its analysis plan, the harness and the calibrated fixtures were frozen as one artefact set on 2026-06-06 and anchored in three independent places: an OpenTimestamps proof in Bitcoin block 952636, a Rekor transparency-log entry (1740328355) and a public registration on the Open Science Framework (10.17605/OSF.IO/XGFUJ). The files below are byte-identical to that set; the manifest lists their hashes. Read first: the methodology text. Then the calibration plan. The fixtures and provenance files are the inputs; the harness code is what ran.
