Named-rail measurements

Each measurement is a dated, frozen artefact: a correction or a re-measurement is published as a new dated version and the earlier one is kept, as Markdown, below. Pages are rendered for readers; every Markdown record is listed for software.

Text and figures of the published measurements and the served methodology are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0, https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/), the licence the pre-registrations carry on the Open Science Framework. Attribute Everyday AI Ltd and link the page you cite. Code in this repository is licensed separately under Apache-2.0 (see LICENSE).

• Settlement finality (DIM-01) on test networks, five rails. Version 1.0, for the confirmatory run of 2026-10-27 to 2026-10-28.
• Authorization-primitive latency (DIM-02), six rails. Version 1.1 (2026-10-01) is current; version 1.0 is kept unaltered as the record.
